Original OSNews Interviews David Dawes is maybe the most active XFree86 developer and he is also the lead founder of the project. He works for Tungsten Graphics, which is the main company working on the XFree, DRI and Mesa codebases today. BTW, the reason I had to explain extensively what I meant on the question #5, is because there is no naming for this technology. There is no universal name for this, for example "doubleX supa drupa Blah", so I had to give full description to David of what I really meant.

I know that David understood what I meant, but thing is, if you haven't seen it with your own eyes (on a CRT monitor), you probably won't be able to visualize the smoothness and coolness of such a feature. ;)
