His answer to question 2 left me speechless.

The MySQL Gotchas page doesn't merely list idiosyncracies of particular dialects of SQL. It lists several fundamental flaws in the MySQL design, such as transaction handling, NULL handling, input validation, etc. That he sidesteppped the question is truly appaling.

This "interview" was really just marketing fodder. It was completely devoid of any substance.
