It's okay to be biased, because we all are in some way, shape, or form. No one here can say they're not biased, that would be a plain and simple, yet BIG lie. But one thing I learned in my communications class this past spring, was to never show your bias to your immediate audience in your writings (or other mediums), because they will;

1- either they'll not read any further into the article to see possible valid points or concerns you're portraying. This includes people who might have the same agenda as your own.

2- or maybe they'll read the whole article, then backlash and point out every flaw you presented and/or not take you seriously on anything else you discuss in any similar article in the future.

OSNews is supposedly a non-biased technology news site, but I'm beginning to wonder about that now?!
