SuSE, openSUSE The upcoming SUSE LINUX 9.2 has yet to hit the retail stores, but the product's two live CDs (with either KDE or GNOME) and a live DVD are now available for free download. Update: KDE shots and Gnome shots from the SuSE Live CDs.

Failed the test

It's funny, I wanted to check it out to see if going from Mandrake to Suse could be a wise move for my 3 years old laptop.

That CD just hangs after a while. When looking behind the scene, I can see a couple of kernel crashes and traces.

Not good enough for me then...
