When on Unix/Linux I mostly use Gnome, and so here are some of the best third party GTK+ applications around I have found.

That's unfortunately common really - you can't help but think if they'd focused their efforts on one or maybe two they might actually get beyond alpha, rather than all reinventing the wheel.
