Imagine a graphic to represent a procedure. Clicking on it would produce a view of other graphics that represent arguments, imported modules, etc.

Sounds like _very_ inefficient an painful way of writing a program.

Programming is no longer the domain of a select few.

Nope. You still have to understand the programming concepts in order to be able to produce something meaningful.
