there are 2 views on the same thing one is linguistic and other is presentation point of view. From the point of view langugages with extendable syntax there is nothing new.
and even from presentation view it is not completly new idea. while you have to be aware that lingivistic doesn't determinate presentation as can be presented. linvistic point of view is mosly in fact that with lop like aproach
problems wouldn't be presented easier than with already presented methodologies.
