Red Hat will not be LSB 2.0. LSB 2.0 use ABI v5 (gcc 3.3.4+patch or 3.3.5). RHEL 4 will use gcc 3.4.3. RHEL 4 will be LSB 2.1 or 3.0.
Fedora is free ($0) and like gentoo, debian, ... don't have certification.
