same here. i will never ever buy hp-crap again.

i bought a hp scanner about 2 years ago.
it came with a defect driver-cd.
ok, this can happen but:
the download for the driver was 200mb.
nothing you would download via dial-up.
so i called them to get a new cd.
i had to send them the old one and after !!!1 month!!! i finaly got a working one.

thats definitely not what "customer-service" should be like.
