Why was that? What sort of printer? And what were you doing? If you give more details, maybe someone might offer helpful suggestions. There is a printer tool under "System Tools" (if I remember correctly. Using that tool, my printer was up and running in less than a minute.

Well, who knows? Redhat wants feedback from users, that's for sure. OSNEWS is pretty big these days. Unless the people at Redhat are dumb, they would be following up on all these reviews.
