I don't think it ever got covered on OSNews, so there is a chance a large percentage of our reader sdon't know about it. Hence, it's news.

If all you are going to do is bitch because Digg had the story first, then why don't you just stay over at Digg? Is there some unspoken rule that if a news site is not the first to report something, they should refrain from posting it at all? If OSNews beat Digg to the chase on a story, would you go and bitch on Digg about it? OSNews might be late sometimes, but they don't post the same story numerous times, all within a couple of days, like is so incredibly common on Digg.
