IconThe Register is reporting that Google has been working on its own Linux distro, apparently known internally as "Goobuntu." It's not clear whether this distro will be released publically or remain an internal platform, but it certainly is no surprise given Ubuntu's near ubiquitous status as of late and the ever-present reports and predictions.
