Aside from the under-the-hood stuff, the GUI is really nice. I actually had fun playing with Longhorn Server. The management console integrates the controls of so many different components into one place that it is like visiting a candy shop. IIS6 was fantastic from all standpoints (stability, scalability, security)...if IIS7 continues in those areas + what I mentioned above, it'll be a remarkable piece of software.
