This looks like a nice competitor to the EeePC (which I love). Maybe the C7 will give them better battery life, which would be nice (although the hard drive probably negates that). 2008 is going to see quite a bit more competition in this space I think.

In any case it's awesome that there is a market opening up where Windows is really not a viable option. Who wants to pay an extra $50 for an OS on a device costing less than $400?
