They seem to be pushing out updates very quickly. .5.2 was only released in February and we're getting another update already. That can only be a good thing!

at least for me....
I was silly enough to run software updater on my hackintosh (iatkos v1) and it updated (successfully)

However, it stopped me hackintosh booting grrrrr

back to the install DVD

btw, off topic but on subject...

does anyone know of a genuine Apple site where there is a discussion about Hackintosh ?

Genuine? You have to be kidding. InsanelyMac forums are your best bet - lots of support, new drivers and guides. Also a bunch of whiny idiots who can't use search but oh well.

Question about Dashboard and Spaces

Hi,

I have a question about coexistence of Dashboard and Spaces. Both are activated by pressing F8, but if I configure them to any other key (eg F7), it does not work? Is it a bug, or di I oversee something?

Thanks,

Dashboard should be set to F12 by default?

Also if you have a Macbook try holding the Fn key (lower left) while you press the f key.

I'm just joking around... It just reminded me, every time a new version comes out. Apple announces that they have added x number of features and a whole debate erupts on whether they are worth the $129 to upgrade. I'm not anti Apple or anythingEdited 2008-03-31 13:05 UTC
