If you are going to ask for readers to participate in the survey and you try to persuade them with the cash prize then atleast do mention clearly who are eligible! Still, atleast I am used to checking the rules on any online survey and competition as they are usually just and only for US residents.

As for the survey..I am not going to participate. It's a matter of principles in this case: I am not going to participate in a contest where I am not given a chance to win anything even if others are. If they want international survey results then they should also be prepared to pay the prize internationally.
