Personally i'd like it if there were better tools available for us to be able to make use of Evolution Mail, since it seems to be the default choice for mail in so many Linux Distros!

There is an assistant built into OpenOffice, but it's total crap.
Unfortunately, corporate policy requires that only OpenOffice shall be used by our employees, so I regularly have to assist them when it comes to mail merge, which they could have done all by themselves if they were allowed to use MS Office (heck, we do even own the licences...)

At least OpenOffice comes in a neat MSI package.
