You can still download the demo of Moho for BeOS, in its last incarnation (v2.5), here: http://www.lostmarble.com/downloads/moho_beosx86_2.5.zip

I remember I did a review of Moho for BeNews a few years back...
Moho is really fun!

for the contest question, are we limited by cartoon type?
moho only does 2d cell style animation. are those the only cartoons we should answer with? would claymation cartoons like wallace & grommit or gumby be out? and would 3d computer animations like shrek be out too?

You're not limited in the sense that it would affect the competition - i.e. we won't disqualify you if you answer "Pokemon".

We specifically asked about "cartoon" in order to lean towards 2D cel style animation, but if you prefer to answer "Wallace & Grommit" you're welcome to do so. (I'd rank Wallace & Grommit pretty high up there myself.)

Eugenia, while you can find demos of Moho 2.5 for BeOS, it's impossible to have a key, even if you're willing to pay for it. I tried.
And yes, Moho is fun.

we won't disqualify you if you answer "Pokemon".

However, we will drag you out into the middle of the street, remove all of your body hair with a rusty bread knife, cover you with honey and fire-ants, before dragging you 6 miles through the scrub behind a Land Cruiser.

All the while screaming "Peek-at-bloody-you" in your face.

As far as i remember with older BeOS versions (2.1 or so), if you get Windows license, you can use same key for BeOS and vice versa.
Though, maybe it is illegal, because i didn't notice multiplatform license info on their site
