It's a good thing. It may be slower to develop, but it is stronger. 3.5 was quite buggy, and not that late. So it is just better to wait until it's ready. The only software I can name that gets regularly released on time is Ubuntu… but if you looked at first week bugs on launchpad, you’d see its possibly not a good thing. Planning? Just use Chrome and any other current WebKit browser, now.

Test with Safari WebKit on Macs and Chrome/Epiphany on Linux; and Chrome on Windows. The HTML5 Algorithm is complete on those. Look at every Opera for Linux release after 10.10 and you have to wonder where the quality went. I still use 10.10 since no one can agree what is the best quality snapshot build, each one having annoying bugs.

Do you have examples because that wasn't my experience. I always run the latest nightlies and apart from 5 days(5 builds) per year I can do my daily browsing without any problems.
