Here’s to hoping that other obviously common trademarked words get invalidated too. Like Windows and Apple, for instance.
What windows do you mean? Do you mean OS/X windows? Or Canonical’s windows called Ubuntu? And do you mean an apple like Dell or Asus or the one that made OS/X? (I think they were called MAC or something)
My new windows rock.
They’re large, let lots of light enter, do not require lots of cleaning, and provide very good phonic isolation. The manufacturer recently claimed in an ad that they had a lawyer certify that they won’t break under the load of 1 people hanging on it, too, so they seem to be rather sturdy too.
The great lightning they provide is perfect for lying on my bed while eating juicy apples in the middle of summer.
Could you imagine a world where the name of these could be patented ?
