Or that there aren't enough stores for Android tablet apps. Or that people aren't aware of the existence of Android-based tablets. The problem is that Android hasn't shown itself to be a very good fit for tablet hardware, as it's currently written. Yeah, it's a great OS for smartphones. No doubt there. But Google seems to think that simply upsizing its smartphone OS to run on a tablet is going to produce a great user experience. It hasn't -- and it won't. None of what Google is doing is going to change anything. They're focusing on the wrong details.
