I have a new C book, a new C++ book, both having together as many pages as the holy bible. It’s time that I learn some QT in my free time, cause it’s a cool toolkit. GTK+ is also on the <todo> list.

This tutorial seems cool. But does anyone know a Qt tutorial that makes use of Designer (so you don’t have to make the .ui-files by hand and can focus on coding)? Cheers!

Well, it’s good that you write perfect English. Maybe you’d like to help the author get the spelling errors fixed instead of whining? Not everyone in the world speaks English as their first language (and many that do can’t spell either).
Did you check a dictionary before trolling?

So, both “oriented” and “orientated” are acceptable forms.
Actually if you check the definition of both words, you might see that “orientated” makes more sense on the OO context, but anyway, both are gramatically correct.
Finally, if you quit reading every technical document because of a spelling error, you might miss a lot of good stuff. Not to mention that the author publishes his e-mail not because he loves spam, but because he’s open to comments (grammatical included)
