It displays ads, that is not malicious.

It does not destroy your entire system.

I am not defending Claria here, I hate that stupid POS software, but no matter how much I hate it, it is not malicious.

when it crashes, it crashes badly.. Windows goes down... this causes data loss, so it is pretty nasty to me !
