QNX Most people haven't heard of QNX Software, though they've likely come in contact with it. The real-time operating system is used where software failure can lead to catastrophic consequences, even death - from high-speed trains to air traffic control towers to highway toll systems. It's also used in more than 100 different types of cars on the road.

Nice to see us mentioned on here! While I don't work for Ross Judd, I am very good friends with one of the guys who does and they do some amazing stuff. The control room mock-up is awesome...

(I work in isotope production at AECL myself.)

I have worked for Ross, and I've always been impressed by my interactions with QNX, which have unfortunately been too few and far between.
