A senior Palm executive says his company could benefit from building a mobile computing device that runs on the Windows operating system made by once-bitter rival Microsoft but he is stopping short of confirming the maker will do so.

People from palm can be Neutral on wich OS the users prefer but they still need to ship their PDAs with some OS, And I(IMHO) don't think they'll choose to preinstall Windows on them
