Star Tutorial: ZETA's MakeMe

Zeta Begasus, of the Belgian BeOS User Group, has written an introduction/tutorial to MakeMe, a new developer's tool in ZETA 1.21. "This tool makes it easy for every developer to create his own application and after that even a package to be installed in ZETA."
