10.8% and dropping. I think Linux has peaked and its downhill from here.
IDC reported year over year growth for server sales 3.5%
With Linux growing at at 5.4% and Windows at 4.6%.
That means that Linux is growing faster than the market, so is Windows but Linux is growing faster than Windows so its share is still growing relative to Windows. So Windows is still a loser compared to Linux in the server market.

Linux growth used to be 100% year over year, then 60%, then 40% then 30%. The previous quarter it was 6.1%. Now its 5.4%.
The tend is towards 0.
Linux Growth: 5.4% of 1.5billion = 81 million
Windows Growth = 4.6% of 4.8 billion = 220.8 million
Even if Windows growth dropped to 0, it would take Linux something like 23 years to catch up if by a miracle it kept its 5.4% growth rate.
