An oversight? It's a monumental screw-up.
I agree. This is something that should not be allowed to happen to a product that costs €129,- (Tiger).
A monumental screw-up indeed. Reminds me of some of the updates to Panther that made a lot of people pull their hair out due to similair monumental errors.
I lost some hair during Panther usage.
