Windows The author of this article tells how tightly coupled are the Vista built in modules. As of date there is no known way to fix an individual component in case it gets corrupted.

Vista is the first "latest version of Windows" I'm not interested in getting. I'm typing this from a Debian Sid box which gives me much more often the latest and the greatest ;)

Me too man, and I've just installed Beryl (fork of Compiz). Talk about latest and greatest. When will Vista be able to do this?
