When will Ubuntu/Kubuntu get a control center like SUSE and Mandriva officially implemented?

Or maybe the Ubuntu folks can create a control panel like Windows for much easier system administration and less command-line usage.

There is in Feisty anyway but it's just not on by default, you can enable it in a menu editor.
