Oracle and SUN Sun Microsystems announced today that it is acquiring the assets of SavaJe Technologies and will reveal further details at its JavaOne conference next month. SavaJe's claim to fame is its Java-based embedded operating system, which was shown running in a mobile phone at JavaOne last May.

The bottom of the article says "the transaction is immaterial to [Sun's] earnings per share."

SavaJe has been having financial troubles for months ( http://www.eweek.com/article2/0%2C1895%2C2032659%2C00.a... )

Sounds like Sun picked up a handful of IP and staff for a bargain basement price!
