Huh, not really. Bill Joy wrote a lot of BSD utilities HIMSELF. The only thing that Theo has in common with Joy is that they both lack human skills.

I don't doubt Theo is a talented programmer, problem is that there are plenty of talented programmers out there... thus he is by no means an authority on computer architecture.
