Windows Mike Nash, Microsoft's security business and technology unit corporate vice president, has said Longhorn would accord end-users certain rights and privileges apparently ending the concept that everyone using their PC is also the PC's administrator. Joe user doesn't know how to become a regular user. He/She just uses the computer. Since Admin is the default they will run the computer as admin. If you ask the Joe users out there if they are running XP as an admin I'm sure you'll get a funny look.
