This may not be news for the experienced Linux users here, but for those who are new to Linux, someone sent me a link to this new online Linux magazine geared towards new Linux users. The magazine is published by the same company as publishes the Linux Journal, it is well laid out and is free to subscribe to.

This is an untrue, unfair and off-topic characterization of "Gnomites". If you look through the archives of this site, you'll see just as many "KDEites" flaming away at every Gnome/KDE-related article. Seriously, it's been done to death.
It would also appear that only non-contributors to either camp are the ones flaming away. Developers on both DE's are very civil, and far too busy to get involved in petty flame wars.

ObOnTopic: TuxMag is run by Nicholas Petreley -- a reporter well known for his anti-Gnome sentiments:

In light of his previous "work", I have no desire to read Tuxmag.
