I love Compiz and find it to be far more than "eyecandy." It's task switching ability is far better than Vista's "flip3d" which requires one to take their hands off the keyboard and click an icon in order to flip through them - one may as well just click which app they want while they're down there instead.
Try Ctrl+Win+Tab.

I agree with you Alleister. I love Compiz and find it to be far more than "eyecandy." However another kill-app I have is media center ability and MythTV has a long long way to go before it comes close to media center, even after one gets beyond the titanic sized un-user friendlyness.
