Of course ;-) but names of the OSes and percentage of usage is quite easy to understand.

That country is Poland, central Europe, member of European Union since 2004.

That in itself is enough to tell you that the numbers can't possibly be accurate. You should not use this page as a reliable indication of OS market share. In reality, it's probably closer to the estimated world average of 2-3%.
