Although it is primarily a maintenance release, we recommend users to install the release due to a security fix. There is something wrong with it. I installed the upgrade on my work computer, and as soon as I logged off and logged back on, it refused to open any of my spreadsheets, documents or power points. I spent the better part of a day trying with no luck to open any MS Office documents. I finally uninstalled OO 2.3.1 and reinstalled 2.3, and everything is fine again.
