OSNews, Generic OSes Every now and then, I find OSNews a tad bit too serious. We get carried away over quite a few things - insignificant things mostly, in the grand scheme of things. For a while now, I've been trying to find a way to relieve the tension on OSNews, and I think I may have found a way how. The only problem is - you need to like it too. Read on.

Please, I think these are utterly devoid of humour, except the last one (which most people didn't even get).

Making a statement like: "Running XP on OLPC is like fitting a square peg in a round hole", is not remotely humour. Where's the ha ha?

Most of these jokes are along the lines of "Microsoft is stupid". Ha ha ha. "Apple is stupid". Ha ha ha. "XYZ is stupid". Ha ha ha.

read some political cartoons in the times or Telegraph. Rarely will you laugh out loud but they are undoubtedly funny because they are clever and topical
