Are those Ballmers words? How do you solve a bug and not be a programmer. How does he know what an inode is?

Above it already says he is a developer.

I am confused. I guess to early for me in the morning.


Perhaps when you read the original OSNews post there was an error in the layout or something, but at it's current state it's pretty clear it was not a quote from the developer.
