SCO, Caldera, Unixware SCO, recently best known for its Linux litigation rather than its Unix operating systems, announced that it was releasing an advanced networking platform to provide feature-rich consumer and business digital services for smart phones and other intelligent mobile devices.

Um SCO doesn't have any more engineer's. At least ones with enoughtime to deal with this. Since this FiaSCO started SCO has fired 25% of their workforce, and that number is increasing every quarter(down to ~160 now). You don't roll out a new product by firing the build team.

This is designed to suck as much money out of SCO as quickly as possible so that SCO will be forced to declare bankruptcy. This is to hide assests and cash from bankruptcy judge. The question is now will they be allowed to due just that?
