I've not seen this mentioned yet, so I thought I'd say it here.
The only thing you could say is, bootcamp might mean same harddisk and certain parts of a harddisk are slower then others, I think the partitions start on the outside and get slower the closer you get to the center, right ? And the Apple softwas was probably installed first. I could be wrong ofcourse, but it is something I did got me thinking.
