We are joined on the show this week by our guest Tess Flynn, a consultant and technology trainer in the US midwest. Thom sounded really really soft. Tess was loud and clear. Kroc could have been bumped up a notch or two as well...

The recording was not easy to do this time, trying to get someone else brand new setup quickly. It took us like five or six shows before me and Thom got a hang of it. Expect things to improve in the next show
