a little confused

Many sites and users are saying that have upgraded to iPhone OS 3.1.1, however mine states it's on 3.1 and itunes states that 3.1 is the latest.

Is this different for any internation iphone users, im based in the UK.

The iPhone and iPod touch have different version numbers. The iPhone is now at 3.1 and the Touch at 3.1.1.
