Nokia has released the latest version of its cross-platform toolkit Qt,
. As usual, it comes with a whole slew of improvements and new features, and this time, they even added a new platform into the mix.

No disagreement! I don't think that Qt is doing anything
by having Layouts and Widgets be separate things, I just like the gtk way better, and find it more intuitive. It's entirely a question of personal preference.
Qt 3.x series did support widgets that were both containers and layouts. They dropped the design because developers were finding it confusing and unnecessary.
