The snapdragon chipset they use are GSM/WCDMA/HSPA only. So T-Mobile and global carriers who use the 900/1700/2100 bands would sell it.
And the screen should be 3.7 AMOLED.
But maybe a CDMA based version will fallow later, after all there is a sd chipset that supports both GSM and CDMA.

Is this the same phone as the rumored HTC Dragon/Passion/Bravo? The one that is supposed to be the Android equivalent of the HTC HD2 with a 1Ghz Dragon processor and a 3.5" OLED display? The last I'd heard it was going to be a CDMA phone, which would have led me to believe Verizon would be the carrier... but the article says this is going to T-Mobile?
I'm so confused.
