One of the OpenBSD developers has become the leader of the Xorg Development ... I forget his name, and cannot seem to find it with a quick google.
Didn't know that. Thanks - that explains the whole thing. Canonical and linux in general doesn't used to give a damn about security in a long run [features comes first], so that looked just awkward. And yes - this developer is Mattheiu Herrb and he did a wonderful job in OpenBSD.
