Well, you can't use official binary Linux drivers from Nvidia or AMD to get support for OpenGL 4.1, if that is what you mean.

However I think you missed tyrone's point - which is to remind people Mesa isn't the only game in town, so it definitely won't take 5 years to get OpenGL 4.1 in Linux.
