Google "The long wait is over and Linux users can finally use the Gmail Videochat! The GMail team recently announced the availability of voice and video chat on Linux. This feature is currently supported on Ubuntu and other Debian-based Linux distributions. RPM Support for Fedora Linux and other Red Hat based distributions (like CentOS) is going to be added soon." I have been waiting for this feature for a long time. Going to try it out soon. Setting things up.
I am an avid Gmail (Google service) service user and this one feature was sorely lacking.

Update: just tried on LinuxMint Helena. Voice features working fine. But I could not see other party though they saw me.
I have no idea why this happened.
