Qt It's a rather unclear time over at Nokia in Espoo (Finland!), with people coming and going, and changes in development strategy. The latest one is, I think, a good one: Nokia has stated it will commit fully to Qt as the sole application development framework for both Symbian and MeeGo.

Hopefully with all of this commercial focus on Qt we'll start to see more Linux Desktop applications use it. Right now all the good applications use Gtk+ which sucks because Gnome is so bland looking.

Some of the best applications on Linux like Digikam, Amarok, Scribus, KMail, Konqueror, vlc use Qt.
