Mozilla & Gecko clones "Mozilla has pushed back the planned release of Firefox to sometime in 'early 2011'. Previously, the open source outfit had said its latest desktop browser would be officially released next month."

Anybody surprised? when was the last time firefox came out on time? I do not understand why they always seem to miss their own schedules and why nobody seem to be giving them a hard time about it.

The only software I can name that gets regularly released on time is Ubuntu… but if you looked at first week bugs on launchpad, you’d see its possibly not a good thing.

Linux? GNOME? The recent releases of Xorg? And these are only high profile projects.
